Donna L. Rousseau has been a member of the San Diego legal community since 1986. She has extensive experience in all areas of civil litigation, including construction defect, products liability and intellectual property.
She received her paralegal certificate from the University of San Diego in 2001. For the past three years she has been a case managing paralegal with the law firm Fish & Richardson PC, specializing in intellectual property litigation. Prior to joining Fish & Richardson, Rousseau worked as a paralegal and legal assistant for local and national firms such as Procopio Cory Hargreaves & Savitch LLP, Cooley Godward Kronish LLP and Epsten, Grinnell & Howell. Donna has extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts in California and throughout the United States.
