I have handled dozens of cases where the damages claimed were millions of dollars. Fortunately, we have had a 90 percent (plus) success rate in defending the clients through trial. The most rewarding element of my practice is seeing the quality of my clients’ efforts eventually vindicated. Professional Background After college, I was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. I served from 1983-1986. I then attended law school and moved to San Diego, passing the California Bar in December 1990. I was then called back to active duty by the USMC in 1991 in support of Desert Storm. I served the entire time at Camp Pendleton. The one and only firm I have worked at as an attorney is Neil Dymott. We specialize in handling civil litigation, primarily serving defendants.
