Our offerings include established brands used in hospitals throughout the United States and in more than 120 countries worldwide.

CareFusion was incorporated in Delaware on Jan. 14, 2009 for the purpose of holding Cardinal Health’s clinical and medical products businesses in anticipation of spinning off from Cardinal Health. I started with the company in June 2009 and worked around the clock to help complete the spinoff. On Aug. 31, 2009, we completed the spinoff from Cardinal Health and, the next day, CareFusion became an independently traded public company on the New York Stock Exchange.

Professional Background

I am currently the assistant general counsel, corporate governance and securities, and assistant secretary for CareFusion. Prior to CareFusion, I was a corporate and securities attorney with Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP in Del Mar Heights and an attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., for more than four years, in the division of corporation finance. Before law school, I worked as a CPA.

I live in Carmel Valley with my wonderful husband Don and my two little adorable girls, Grace and Ava. I love living in San Diego and practicing law here.
