Case involved 34 published decisions, including in the U.S. Supreme Court (which I successfully argued). On Jan. 31, 2006, the trial court granted summary judgment on all claims on behalf of PacifiCare (several others settled for several billion dollars). Also serve on the National Steering Committee for the IPO Allocation litigation, the largest consolidated securities litigation in U.S. history. Professional Background After serving as a special fraud prosecutor for the U.S. Department of Justice, served as a partner at Gray Cary and then Cooley Godward specializing in complex civil litigation and securities litigation. Before DOJ, worked at Dewey Ballantine on Wall Street. At DOJ, received special awards from U.S. Secret Service and other awards.
