I am the only attorney in America who has been entrusted with the worldwide trademark portfolios of the two worldwide market leaders for breast implants, Mentor and Allergan/Inamed. Professional Background I am the managing partner of IP Legal Advisors PC, a firm that I founded nearly four years ago with only a handful of clients and less than 100 trademark matters. I am now responsible for more than 2,000 trademark matters worldwide and represent clients from virtually every major industry.
