My most significant current engagement is as lead counsel for 1st Pacific Bancorp in its acquisition of Landmark National Bank, which will result in the largest locally owned bank in San Diego County when completed. In the last few years I helped form or finance San Diego Trust Bank, Security Business Bank, Seacoast Commerce Bank, San Diego Private Bank, Embarcadero Bank, Coronado First Bank and California Community Bank. Professional Background With more than 25 years of practice, I have listened to clients and helped them achieve results they thought improbable or impossible. With training in finance, securities and taxation, I help people work through complex issues to reach simple and profitable conclusions. Professional Affiliations I am currently a director of the Security Network, on the executive committee of the San Diego Business Forum, and a member of the American Bar Association.
