Lavelle, including automobile accidents, premises liability and intentional torts. Fiske recently obtained a $322,000 judgment on behalf of a Good Samaritan injured by an attacker while helping a domestic violence victim. Recovering for another Good Samaritan, Fiske fought to recover $1.75 million for a client helping an injured stranger on a dangerous property. Currently litigating multiple catastrophic injury cases, Fiske is aggressive yet responsible.

Fiske's business litigation practice features mid-size businesses throughout California and the nation. Offering reasonable rates, Fiske discovers the best business solutions for his clients' legal challenges. Fiske enjoys volunteering for Big Brothers of San Diego County and the San Diego Bowl Game Association. He attended Mt. Carmel High, San Diego State and California Western.
