Jenny Hill is an associate with DenHerder & Associates, where she handles revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, non-charitable gifting plans, private family foundations and more. Prior to that she was a law clerk for Nancy Spector, Attorney-At-Law and Centara Legal Group. She also served as a student adviser at the USD School of Law Tax Clinic, where she represented low income taxpayers in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service.
Hill was also chosen as a state bar representative on the State Bar of California Taxation Section Delegation, and presented changes to be made in tax laws before members of the IRS, Treasury Department, House Ways and Means Committee and Senate Finance Committee in Washington, D.C.
