Marc Morley is a partner with Knobbe, Martens, Olson & Bear LLP, focusing on patent, trademark and copyright prosecution; intellectual property litigation; strategic patent counseling and portfolio management; and due diligence, freedom to operate and non-infringement analyses. His practice covers various technologies, including biotech, pharmaceuticals, clean technology, medical device, chemical, computer systems and mechanical devices. Morley is also an adjunct professor of patent law at the University of San Diego School of Law. Previously, he was a judicial extern with the U.S. District Court, Northern California, as well as a law clerk with the intellectual property unit of the U.S. Senate, Judiciary Committee in Washington, D.C.
