Professional Background

Nadia Bermudez is an associate attorney with Brown Law Group in San Diego. The firm's business litigation practice includes partnership disputes, breach of contract actions, trade secret actions and unfair competition defense. The employment counseling and litigation practice includes representation of employers in litigation involving claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment and labor code violations. Bermudez has experience in breach of contract, interference and real estate actions, and other civil litigation, as well as drafting personnel handbooks and polices, and training. Previously, she was with Baker & McKenzie and Pillsbury Winthrop, where handled complex business litigation.

Bermudez was named one of San Diego Metropolitan Magazine's , "40 under 40" in 2007, as well as a nominee for The Daily Transcript's Top Attorneys in 2007. She has received awards for distinguished service from the San Diego Volunteer Lawyers Program, and for pro bono legal services from the California State Bar.
