Professional Background
Brandi wallace's practice at Stutz Artiano Shinoff & Holtz focuses on construction defect litigation and insurance defense, primarily on behalf of real estate developers and subcontractors. She is responsible for the day-to-day handling of complex, multimillion-dollar cases defending large general contractor clients. Prior to that she was a contract attorney for various civil litigation law firms, as well as an independent contractor in-house at Anacomp Inc. Wallace practiced general civil litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants at Gray & Prouty in contract disputes, professional negligence, product liability, insurance defense and construction defect, among others. She also served as a Legal Specialist in the General Counsel's Office of Cubic Corp., reviewing and analyzing international and domestic contracts, researching applicable law and advised senior attorneys of legal rights and obligations under those contracts.
