Nita Mehta is an appellate court attorney in the California Court of Appeal, 4th District, Division 1. He researches and analyzes existing law for civil and criminal cases on appeal, prepares court memoranda and proposed opinions. Previously, he was a judicial law clerk with the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California, a law clerk with Idec Pharmaceuticals and a litigation law clerk for Knobbe, Martens, Olson & Bear LLP in Newport Beach. Mehta has also served as a volunteer attorney with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program.
