Professional Background

Oleg Cross is an associate in the Securities Litigation and Enforcement practice of the firm's San Diego office. He focuses on the defense of securities class action and derivative lawsuits brought by shareholders under federal and state law. While in law school, he was a founding executive board member of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law & Public Policy and an articles editor of Law & Contemporary Problems. Cross is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian and speaks conversational French. He has been involved with the Ninth Circuit Pro Bono Project, served as a volunteer judge for the USD Law School Appellate Moot Court Competition and as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels.
