Professional Background
Donald Green founded the Law Office of Donald A. Green in 2003. Prior to that he established The HealthLex Group Inc., assisting consumers with health care issues related to services rendered by their providers and/or health care plans, working collaboratively with Healthplan Consumer Advocates, which he also founded in 2001. This nonprofit organization represented and assisted low-income and/or indigent health plan consumers with challenges dealing with their insurance companies, health maintenance organizations or health care providers. He was also a law clerk and associate with Lucas, Mullany, Boyer & Haverkamp in San Diego. His most recent health care experience includes consultant and project manager for the Orange County Health Care Agency in Santa Ana; director of disease management for Universal Care in Signal Hill, Calif.; and supervisor/project manager for PacifiCare of California in Cypress, Calif.
