Construction execs facing realities of new regulation

Recently enacted environmental legislation has some San Diego construction and architectural firms questioning just how much they might be affected, and, in some cases, fearing the outcome of potential fallout from regulatory agencies gaining more power.

It's Agencies such as C.A.R.B. and the likes of Mary Nicoles and her ilk that like nothing more than to exert their powers over all of us and that alone will take California to her knees. It's unfortunate that an Agency such as C.A.R.B. has been appointed not elected in which they then would then be judged by the people of California not their own political backers.
