OncoSec reports positive results from NeoPulse study

San Diego-based OncoSec Medical Inc. (OTCBB: ONCS), a company developing its advanced-stage ImmunoPulse DNA-based immunotherapy and NeoPulse therapy to treat solid tumors, announced positive interim results from a phase 4 trial investigating the use of NeoPulse in skin cancer patients.

I have had Basal cell cancer 7 times, 4 times on my nose. The treatment has been MOES followed by reconstruction. How does one get into a trial for the procedure outlined in this article?
