Red Door campaign looks for new recipes

Red Door Interactive recently announced the launch of Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes "crEATe" October campaign where guests produce and submit their recipes online.
The promotion encourages guests to invent original dishes using two to five items and then post their entries via the Web site or Facebook. Throughout October, guests can submit their recipes for mouth-watering combinations made entirely from Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes menu items.
Ten finalists will be chosen in November and each will receive meal passes. Guests will be invited to vote online for their favorite finalist in December and the winner will be announced in January. The winning recipe and chef will win a year's worth of free passes and the chance to be featured in an upcoming ad.
"We're really excited about this because it provides a fun opportunity to engage with our guests and allows them to experience all the ingredients we have to offer in order to make their own creations," said Ginger Anderson, Web manager and graphic designer for Garden Fresh Corp., the parent company of Souplantation/Sweet Tomatoes. "Red Door's expert team has achieved remarkable results with our campaigns in the past and we're confident that this promotion will get customers excited and drive increased store traffic."
Restaurant guests in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Nevada, Oregon, New Mexico, North Carolina, Texas, Utah and Washington are invited to participate and must submit their recipe, along with a photo of themselves and their completed dish by Oct 31.
Red Door has designed a micro-site for the campaign and all entries will be featured on this site, allowing guests to view all submissions. The 10 finalists will be featured on the site throughout December and guests will be able to vote for their favorite and choose the winner.
