CHE to highlight National City tourism district
Formed in January of this year, the National City Tourism Marketing District has selected San Diego public relations firm CHE to roll out a comprehensive marketing communications campaign for National City.
Managed by the National City Chamber of Commerce, the Tourism Marketing District serves as a funding conduit for the development and implementation of marketing programs and services that benefit the lodging businesses within the city. CHE plans to implement a media strategy with the goal of branding the city as an idea place for visitors to stay, shop, dine and tour.
Promotional efforts will include developing the brand identity for the Tourism Marketing District, a new website to increase awareness and optimize the city's online presence, custom incentive programs to encourage hotel stays, mobile marketing and advertisements in a number of media outlets to target specific demographics.
