San Diego marketing agency, Oster and Associates, has opened up an office in Los Angeles, with the addition of publicist Nanci Jo Saper, who spent several years as a talk radio host in Kansas City, Minneapolis, Chicago, Los Angeles and San Diego stations.

Michael and Julia Simms have founded San Diego PR, based in South County, that will specialize in the San Diego and international border region.
The Simms previously formed Julia Simms PR in 1995, which later became j.simms agency in 2006 and was sold in 2011.

Carlsbad creative agency Elevatoradded Jerome Peck to their staff roster, as a creative account executive and the company also announced new client B&L Bike and Sports.
Based in San Diego, the action sports company focuses on "all things triathalon, with a cycling focus", including clothing, accessories and nutrition. Elevator will assist the company in staying engaged with their online presence and initiates, as well as a refresh of their corporate and e-commerce website.
