Clearpoint Agency Inc., a public relations and marketing firm in north San Diego County, recently launched a contest for nonprofit organizations who will compete for receiving pro-bono PR and marcom services in the New Year.
Currently accepting nominations from local, regional or national 501(c)(3) organizations thru Dec. 31, the agency will select three entries to be reviewed by a panel of judges including Clearpoint clients and partners. Submissions will be accepted by visiting the agency's website and completing an online form.
Services rendered will be based upon the non-profit's needs and may include, but are not limited to, message development, press releases, blog writing, website content, social media and media relations.

Join the San Diego American Marketing Association for an evening event with Pandora at the Hard Rock Hotel from 6-8 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 17 and hear a presentation from Dave Weiner, vice president of Pandora.

Two San Diego County performing arts organizations have picked Scatena Daniels Communications as their agency of record: Malashock Dance and National Comedy Theatre.
Malashock, a modern dance company founded by John Malashock in 1988 has picked Scatena Daniels to lead their public relations efforts in conjunction with its 25th anniversary season.
For the National Comedy Theatre, the longest continuously running show in San Diego history, according to a press release, the agency will provide leadership and implementation for media relations and social media outreach strategies.
