If you talk to Tony Pauker, you get the sense of a man who knows San Diego real estate. He tries to educate you and offer insight on the local market, and has done so for the past three years as the chair for the Urban Land Institute San Diego/Tijuana.
During this time he has helped the nontrade real estate group provide leadership in the responsible use of land, and in creating and sustaining thriving communities.
Pauker's term will conclude at the end of this month, but he felt he gave the ULI local chapter of the largest nontrade real estate group in the country -- with over 37,000 members in 80 countries -- more prominence, and brought the organization to a wider audience.
