Aside from the family photos that adorn his downtown office, Robert Fox points to one other decoration he holds dear: a framed painting of a lighthouse amid stormy seas.
For the new senior vice president at Wedbush Morgan Securities' San Diego office, the artwork depicts what he hopes he and his firm can be in these tumultuous financial times.
"Your ethics and values have to be a light to others. You have to demonstrate that in difficult times," said Fox, 49, in a recent interview one late afternoon.
