Those zany guys over at MadCap Software are at it again.
After starting, building and then selling the San Diego-based eHelp Corp. to Macromedia for $69.3 million in late 2003, co-founders Anthony Olivier and Bjorn Backlund have put their talented heads together to form a "next generation" help-authoring software company.
