Rudolph Johnson III

Though he is running a nonprofit organization that serves more than 10,000 San Diegans in need every year, Rudolph Johnson III thinks of himself as a businessman.
The president and chief executive officer of the Neighborhood House Association said he is changing the organization to think more like a business, not just relying on government grants will keep it afloat through tough times, like the one it went through last year.
