If you drive down almost any street in San Diego, it will be pretty hard to miss D.A. Whitacre Construction Inc.'s work on display.

After three decades in business, this commercial framing contractor has helped build San Diego from projects like the historical renovation of the Hotel del Coronado and numerous SeaWorld theme park rides, to housing work at San Diego State University and framing at the San Diego Convention Center.

CEO and founder Donald Whitacre, President Bill Whitacre and Vice President Glenn Stewart lead the El Cajon-headquartered company that just finished celebrating its 30th anniversary, and they say it's because of relationships, safety and diversity.
