Perry & Shaw Inc. is a commercial and residential grading company that has grown from a small operation just over a decade ago to a nearly 200-employee company today. It focuses on projects that require technical expertise in more niche areas, but what makes it unique is that Shaw is intent on keeping its growth capped.
