The new small business banking executive for Union Bank recalls helping his parents run their San Diego dry cleaning business as early as seventh grade: sweeping the floor, untangling hangers, putting laundry tickets in order.
In part, it's this fundamental understanding that landed Benoit at the head of Union Bank's newly formed Small Business Banking Group in December.
