Michael Boyle

General Manager

J.R. Filanc Construction Company Inc.

740 North Andreasen Dr.
EscondidoCA92029
With a father who served during World War II and a son who served in Iraq, attorney Michael Boyle knows all about giving back.
He even spent 10 years on guard duty in the Reserves, although he never got called up.
So when Mayor Jerry Sanders called with a request for help in January 2006, Boyle didn't hesitate.
Boyle, who specializes in construction law, joined the mayor's staff as a policy adviser and then served as acting director of the city's troubled real estate assets department. He was only on the city payroll for a half year before budget cutbacks forced him out. But he remains grateful for the chance he was given.
