Construction has been completed for Sycamore Vista Business Park, a new 273,210-square-foot, multitenant complex for light industrial, manufacturing and distribution use located on a 17.5-acre site at 1325 Sycamore Ave. in Vista.
Sycamore Vista Business Park encompasses a 38,650-square-foot building, a 108,400-square-foot building and a 126,160-square-foot building. Individual suites and/or entire buildings, divisible to 15,000 square feet, are currently available for sale or lease.
Chris Wood of The Trammell Crow Co., in conjunction with Dennis Visser, Mark Emerick and Barry Hendler of BRE Commercial, is coordinating the marketing efforts.
Smith Consulting Architects was the project architect. The Trammell Crow Co. was the project developer, with Dorcey Abshier serving as managing director and Ralph Miller as development manager. J.D. Diffenbaugh was the general contractor.
Project work for Smith Consulting Architects included design, construction documents, contract administration and permitting. Pete Bussett served as principal-in-charge, with Ramon Aguirre serving as job captain.
The consultant team included Prime Structural Engineers, serving as structural engineer; Lang Engineering, as civil engineer; MPE Consulting Inc., as electrical engineer; and Division 15 Consulting Services, as mechanical engineer. Steve Ahles was the landscape architect.
