An array of new tenants at Legacy Sabre Springs cite the project's Interstate 15 and Inland 56 Corridor location -- and various first-class building amenities -- as some of the main reasons for establishing new offices in the two-building, 281,830-square-foot Class A office project at 13500 and 13520 Evening Creek Drive North.

Located at the corner of Interstate 15 and Ted Williams Parkway, Legacy Sabre Springs provides tenants with a smart building environment, premium finishes and easy access to nearby shopping, restaurants, hotels and entertainment.
Ray Lucia, president of the Raymond J. Lucia Co. Inc. said, "Legacy Sabre Springs building substantially upgrades our office environment for our staff and our clients. Visiting our new offices provides an experience, unmatched by any financial services firm in San Diego, enabling our company to provide the level of service our clients deserve."
Lucia's company moved from Mission Valley into 11,000 square feet of office space last December. The offices feature a custom lobby radio studio used by Lucia to broadcast his daily nationally syndicated radio program, "The Ray Lucia Show," on KSDO-AM 1130.
Additional office amenities include a glass conference room, which hosts personal financial conferences and seminars, and plasma television screens displaying financial news and current events. The Raymond J. Lucia Cos. is a financial planning firm that provides services to individuals and corporations.
Bank of America's (NYSE: BAC) Commercial Real Estate division's fourth San Diego County office is now located in Legacy Sabre Springs.
"We selected Legacy Sabre Springs because the office project provides our management and staff with a convenient and central I-15 location in order to service this burgeoning area with our residential real estate lending products and services," said Linda Isner, senior vice president and regional business unit manager for Bank of America.
She said the office accommodates more than 20 account executives specializing in residential mortgage lending services, including conventional, government and builder product loans to finance owner-occupied and investment properties. The new location is the largest of four residential lending offices in the county and will provide services to the I-15 Corridor -- Escondido to Mission Valley -- as well as Highway 52 east to Santee.
Pacific Republic Mortgage, a direct mortgage lender, opened its fourth San Diego County office in Legacy Sabre Springs in May to service the burgeoning I-15 and Inland 56 corridors.
"In line with Pacific Republic Mortgage's growth strategies, this new location in Legacy Sabre Springs serves future growth opportunities between the I-15 Corridor and the Inland 56 Corridor," said Richard Jaramillo, vice president of Pacific Republic Mortgage.
Marc Rosenberg, San Diego general manager for marcus evans, a national business information company, cited Legacy Sabre Springs' proximity to its employee base as a strong contributing factor in moving its San Diego office from downtown to the I-15 Corridor.
"Legacy (Sabre Springs) has clearly put together a first-class building, and our company and its predominantly North County employees look forward to working nearby in the I-15 corridor and especially look forward to the completion of the Highway 56 next year which will offer much greater accessibility to the coastal neighborhoods as well," Rosenberg said.
Keller Williams Realty is the latest tenant to take office space at the office project. The company's San Diego North Inland office will accommodate 100 residential real estate associates.
"Legacy Sabre Springs is a first-class office park located in the middle of the most active resale market in San Diego. The location at the intersection of the I-15 and Inland 56 corridors is ideal for our office to serve this market," said Steve Long, operating principal of Keller Williams' San Diego North Inland office.
Legacy Sabre Springs is owned, developed and managed by Legacy Partners Commercial Inc. and Lend Lease Real Estate Investments Inc.
The office project features integrated access for fiber optic cable, data and telephone services, two-story lobbies and sixth floor terraces, which provide panoramic mountain views, and flexible floor plates which are well-suited for full building users, full floor tenants and partial floor users. Additionally, spec suites ideal for small businesses are available in the 13520 Evening Creek Drive North Building, including Suite 110 (2,023 square feet); Suite 120 (2,971 square feet); Suite 130 (1,761 square feet); Suite 350 (3,311 square feet); Suite 360 (2,526 square feet); Suite 380 (2,709 square feet); and Suite 390 (3,209 square feet).
The project boasts numerous amenities including an exterior sand volleyball court and locker facilities with showers. It overlooks the 20-acre, natural open space park known as Chicarita Creek, which features a 2.5-mile walking/running trail with a par course available for employee use. The parking ratio for Legacy Sabre Springs is approximately four spaces per 1,000 usable square feet
