Johnson & Jennings General Contracting was awarded a contract for the $570,000 tenant improvement construction for the new 9,910-square-foot offices of Prudential California Realty at the Eastlake Village Marketplace in Chula Vista.

Ron Sutliff of the Staubach Co. is providing construction management services. Construction is currently under way, with completion scheduled for September.

The project scope encompasses buildout of new office space with open office work areas, conference rooms with plasma screen property displays and an interactive display area. Stone and carpet flooring will be featured throughout.

Carl Haines is serving as project manager for Johnson & Jennings, with Robert Mudd as onsite supervisor. Maggitti-Elam & Associates is the space planner and interior designer
