RWR Homes offers more than just a vision

Aug. 08, 2003

Almost as important as making sure the windows don't leak and the doors fit their frames is a "good marketing plan" for a new home community. Builders like RWR Homes, with decades of experience in the industry, have invested in cutting-edge sales tools to increase sales and revolutionize the buying process. The end result is an extremely satisfied repeat customer base.

Armed with a unique marketing device, known as Album CD, the sales team at an RWR model home arms buyers with a digital brochure to help them make crucial final decisions during the purchasing and options selections process.

"RWR Homes has used the Album CD concept on three different model complexes over the past year and a half," said Klaus Mendenhall, of their San Diego Division. "It is by far the best way to provide the most comprehensive information to potential home buyers and actual home buyers. They like being able to re-visit and review everything in the privacy of their own home, prior to making that all-important decision to purchase their new home. And when they come back, they are much more prepared to write a sales contract."

The Album CD even allows shoppers to see what their completed home would look like based on the configurations and room options they have selected. Currently, RWR is selling three communities in Southern California: (1) A collection of 11 exclusive homes in "Mureau Estates" in Calabasas ranging from approximately 5,530 square feet to 7,350 square feet of interior living space; (2) "Pacifica," a new community in the Victoria Estates master plan in Oxnard with 11 of the 65 luxurious new homes bordering the fairways of the River Ridge Golf Course; and (3) "Lost Creek" at EastLake Vistas in the award-winning master planned community of EastLake, located in Chula Vista. This luxurious community boasts homes with four to five bedrooms and tandem three-car garages.

Founded in 1983, RWR has roots that stem back to the 1920s and 1930s when George Rheinschild, the great-grandfather of Bill Rheinschild helped pioneer Los Angeles real estate and was responsible for building the landmark Los Angeles City High School as well as many commercial developments. Since then, RWR has branched out throughout the Southern California market with developments in Los Angeles, Ventura County, San Diego, the Inland Empire and Reno, Nev.

In a world of builder consolidations and cookie-cutter design, a family business mentality sets RWR apart from the competition. The commitment in their projects begins long before the bulldozer arrives to grade a site. It begins with a management philosophy that believes quality defines success. Their primary focus is creating distinctive homes that maximize the view potential while respecting the natural contours of the land.

RWR Homes meets the needs of selective home buyers by providing integrity, quality, innovation, personal care and concern. For information on RWR Homes, please visit the Web site at www.rwrhomes.com.
